Qualifications:

• Post-graduation in MSC Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a Ph.D.

Experience:

• 18 to 25 years in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Quality Control (QC) at SPC Lifesciences. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and extensive experience in CGMP and GMP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with CGMP and GMP standards.
• Oversee analytical QC and QA operations to ensure consistent production quality.
• Implement SPC policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct and manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure departmental goals are met and foster employee development and engagement.
• Maintain compliance with QMS, QEIMS, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Possess expertise in handling USFDA, WHO, ENVISA, and other regulatory audits.
• Provide leadership and serve as an effective trainer for the team.
