Job Description Highlights
As a Junior Associate in Manufacturing, your responsibilities will include:
- Equipment Operation: Operating production equipment such as injectable, sterile, parenteral, formulation, filling, capping, compounding, washing, sealing, visual inspection, and packing machines.
- Quality and Monitoring: Monitoring and controlling the production process to ensure quality products are produced within specified parameters.
- Documentation and Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of production data and performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Collaboration: Working with team members to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
