Role:
- Responsible for executing all production activities in the shift following standard operating procedures and safety norms.
- Receive batch manufacturing sheets/formats/records from QA department.
- Conduct process operations and record process parameters progressively in BMS.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of process equipment and surrounding areas.
- Observe and report the need for calibrations.
- Properly record data in batch manufacturing sheets, formats, and related records.
- Handle over production documents and records to the quality assurance department.
- Maintain discipline in the shift and ensure the production area is orderly.
- Report any deviations/abnormalities to shift production officers or executives.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for smooth completion of routine and preventive maintenance jobs.
- Attend training programs periodically to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Follow company rules and regulations.
