🔍 Role Overview
As a Junior Trainee, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Premium Processing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of business services while learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Accurately complete allocated premium processing tasks
- Escalate queries to senior technicians when needed
- Contribute to SLAs & KPIs with quality and timeliness
- Participate in ongoing training and compliance activities
- Maintain adherence to all internal policies and audit requirements

Must Have:
- Degree in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
