Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Operator for Derma Production to join our team at Lupin Limited in Pithampur. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and be proficient in handling manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating Manufacturing equipment such as Master Plant 500kg (Make: IKA), Master Plant 1000kg (Make: ADAM), and Manufacturing vessel 100k (Make: Pharmatech).
- Ability to efficiently produce Topical Solution, Ointments, Creams, Spray, Lotion, and Gel products.
- Experience in Regulatory Audits including USFDA & MHRA, ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
- Familiarity with online training applications like SABA to facilitate ongoing learning and development.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Derma Production.
- Proficient in handling and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Thorough understanding of GMP and GDP regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
