Job Responsibilities
A) QMS (Quality Management System)
- Manage and lead a team in the QMS section.
- Expertise in handling OOS, OOT, Investigation, CAPA & LER.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
B) GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
- Lead a team in the GLP section.
- Proficient in calibration, qualification of QC instruments, and working standards.
- Uphold Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) within the team.
C) Validation
- Head the Validation section, overseeing a team.
- Experience in AMV/AMT, timely preparation of AMT and AMV protocol and reports.
- Responsible for planning and executing AMTS and AMVS.
D) RM (Raw Material)
- Lead a team in the RM section.
- Proficiency in RM & PM activities.
- Ensure quality and compliance in raw material and packing material processes.
Key Skills
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of respective sections (QMS, GLP, Validation, RM).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
