- Freshers with CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage book closure and financial/regulatory reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate BAU activities
- Analyze and prepare journals/reports
- Implement process improvements and develop controls
- Collaborate across teams in global locations
- Adapt to evolving system and regulatory requirements
✅ Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of IFRS (especially IFRS9)
- Experience in banking or regulatory reporting preferred
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of MS Access
- Familiarity with systems like Saracen and FTP
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
