Responsibilities
- Coordinate all training activities for both new and existing employees.
- Plan and execute comprehensive Induction training programs for new joiners.
- Ensure the meticulous preparation, issuance, and archival of training records.
- Conduct training sessions on cGMP and system-related topics for all employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- M.Sc. / B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy qualification.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong understanding of cGMP and quality management practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to plan and execute training programs effectively.
