Dr. Reddy’s Biologics, a division of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, is conducting a walk-in interview drive for multiple openings in its Biologics division. The company is looking for Team Members (TM) and Team Leads (TL) across various departments.

Job Openings

1. TM – Drug Product / Sterile / Injectable Mechanical

• Vial Filling, Washing, Tunnel, VHP, PFS, Autoclave, Isolator, QMS, PLC, SCADA, HMI
• Understanding of program & troubleshooting

2. TM / TL – Drug Product / Sterile / Injectable (I&A)

• Instrumentation & Automation: Vial Filling, Washing, Tunnel, VHP, PFS, Autoclave, Isolator, QMS, PLC, SCADA, HMI

3. TM / TL – Drug Substance (I&A)

• Instrumentation & Automation Platforms: ABB800xA, Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA systems
• Biopharma Equipment (bioreactors, TFF, ATF), cGMP & QMS

4. TM / TL – Drug Substance Mechanical

• I&A Platforms: ABB800xA, Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA systems
• Biopharma Equipment (bioreactors, TFF, ATF), cGMP & QMS

5. Drug Product – Sterile Operations / Fill Finish / Ovens

• Experience in DP filling, washing, and sterile operations within GMP

Additional Openings

1. Development Quality Assurance

• QA in Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Analytical

2. Drug Substance Quality Assurance

• In-Process QA: Drug Substance Manufacturing, Upstream, Downstream

3. Quality Control – Bioassay

• Experience in cell-based bioassays, SPR technique, FACS techniques

4. Quality Control – Molecular Biology

• Execute SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Cell, RT-PCR

5. ASAT – Biosimilar

• Analytical method transfers, method validations, real-time investigations, addressing regulatory queries

6. Drug Substance – Team Member / Team Leader

• Execute Downstream/Upstream unit operations, documentation & GMP compliance

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / Masters in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry
• Experience: 3 – 10 years
