📌 About the Role
J&J is looking for a Manager Procurement NA Agile – Innovative Medicine, a strategic leader who will drive procurement strategies, lead complex business projects, and collaborate closely with category leaders and senior executives.
This role is critical in ensuring procurement initiatives align with business priorities, deliver value, and support J&J’s Innovative Medicine business strategy.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Understand J&J Innovative Medicine business needs and create procurement strategies that align with them.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure strategy adoption and execution.
- Analyze regional industry trends to keep procurement strategies relevant and future-ready.
- Lead strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and complex procurement projects.
- Deliver performance targets for the Procurement organization.
- Manage cross-functional teams, change programs, and multi-category procurement initiatives across geographies.
🎯 What You’ll Need to Succeed
✔ Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
✔ Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant procurement or category management experience.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, spend management, supplier management, and project execution.
- Strong leadership & collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
✔ Skills:
- Influencing & negotiation at the executive level.
- Agility in adapting to changing business environments.
- Project & change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
✔ Other:
- Experience managing procurement across multiple categories and geographies.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).

- Base Salary: $100,000 – $173,500
