Responsibilities

• Utilize strong technical knowledge to operate manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment for Nasal and Topical Formulations.
• Proficient in handling manufacturing and filling equipment such as Nasal filling machine (Make: Dara), Vial filling and stoppering machine (Make: Groninger), Automatic manufacturing and holding vessel (Make: D. D enterprises), Automatic Filter integrity tester (Make: Pall), Head space oxygen analyzer, Digital Dogmatic indicator for unit dose nasal solution.
• Previous experience in Nasal Spray and Topical Solution manufacturing, filling, and packing.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Audits, including USFDA and MHRA.
• Well-versed with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of online training programs like SABA.

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Educational background in a related field.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP.
• Proven experience with Nasal Spray and Topical Solution manufacturing.
• Previous exposure to Regulatory Audits (USFDA, MHRA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
