Positions Available:
We are seeking experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated candidates for the following positions in our Engineering Department (Injectables). Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
1. Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
Qualification: Diploma/ITI (Mechanical/Instrumentation/Fitter)
Required Skills:
Electrical:
- Minimum of a wireman/11 KV electrical license.
- Maintenance and operation of electrical equipment during shifts (such as panels, DG, and UPS).
- Responsible for maintaining earth pits.
- Maintaining a daily energy consumption log sheet.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety.
HVAC & Utilities:
- Maintenance of cold rooms, walk-in incubators, deep freezers, LAFUs, DPBs, GCs, biosafety cabinets, industrial refrigerators, LSSUs, chillers, and hot water generation systems.
- Preventive maintenance of cold rooms and walk-in incubators (cold and hot).
- BMS and EMS operations, alarm handling with GMP documentation.
- Preventive and operational maintenance of HVAC Chillers.
- Operation and preventive maintenance of AHUs, OAUS, VAUS, EFFs, and RCUs.
- Perform preventive maintenance while updating log books and GCRs.
- Attend breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance works.
Mechanical Maintenance:
- Experience in breakdowns and preventive maintenance of Vial Washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave, and Labelling Machines, Jacketed Vessels, and Lyophilization.
- Handle shift operations for process equipment such as bioreactors, WFI coolers, centrifuges, autoclaves, glassware washers, media and pooling vessels, TFF, -70 deep freezers, CIP/SIP systems, biosafety cabinets, sealers, blending equipment, autoclaves, vacuum packing lines, auto cartooning, auto optical testing machines, and CIP/SIP systems.
Instrumentation Maintenance:
- Handle shift operations for instrumentation activities such as BMS, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, AMC, and interim projects.
- Review completion of breakdown status, calibration, and PM works.
- Basic troubleshooting in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition).
