Department: Project & Engineering (Injectable/Parenteral)

Positions Available: Manager / Sr. Manager (Plant Maintenance)

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech
• Experience: 10 to 18 years in an injectable/sterile manufacturing plant

Job Description:

• Maintenance Management:
  • Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment such as vial washing, tunnel, vial filling, vial capping machines, sealing machines, Lyophilizer (Lyo), Autoclave, and steam sterilizers.
• Instrumentation Expertise:
  • Competent in the instrumentation field and troubleshooting of plant equipment in an injectable manufacturing plant.
• Budget Preparation:
  • Prepare Opex and Capex budgets.
• GMP & QMS Knowledge:
  • Proficient in GMP operations and QMS documents.
• Regulatory Audits:
  • Experience with regulatory audits.
• Team Leadership:
  • Proven team handling experience.
