Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Production Packing:
- Responsible for packaging finished pharmaceutical products according to company standards and regulations.
- Ensure proper labeling, coding, and batch identification of packaged products.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols in the packaging area.
2. Manufacturing:
- Execute manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Monitor equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production targets are met.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain records of production activities.
3. Quality Control:
- Conduct quality testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Perform analytical tests using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, etc.
- Document and report test results accurately.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality systems and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Review batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
