Sr. Executive/ Executive/ Jr. Executive/ Technical Officer (Production/Packing – Injectable)

Criteria:
- Qualifications: M. Pharm, B. Pharm, Diploma, ITI
- Experience: 1 to 10 years of aseptic practices and good documentation practices
Job Role: Production:
- Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ophthalmic/PFS filling, and aseptic filtration
- Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification, and maintenance of solution preparation systems
Packing:
- Ensure operation, cleaning, qualifications, and maintenance of manual visual inspection
- On-line integrity testing, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packing, serialization, Track & Trace system

Job Role: Production:
- Handling and compliance with various Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule filling machines/equipment
- Online documentation of BMR and log books during batch execution
Packing:
- Experience in Blister packing, Bulk/Bottle packing, Track and Trace, and serialization activities
- Troubleshooting knowledge of primary and secondary CVC packing lines
- Manage cleaning processes, challenge tests, and area cleaning activities
