We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Manufacturing Team at our Plasma Fractionation Centre.
Position Details:
Position: Assistant Manager – Digital Manufacturing & Automation
Department: Manufacturing
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Computer Science) or a related field
Experience: 6 – 10 years in Biotech / Pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MES and Automation teams for successful project execution
- Drive PAS-X MES implementation projects across design, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Ensure integration of MES with shop floor equipment & ERP for seamless operations
- Manage Level 2 integration with systems like GE iFix SCADA, Siemens PLC, Kepware OPC
- Handle PLC & SCADA programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and technical excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in PAS-X MES within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Level 2 systems and SAP
- Proficiency in GE iFix SCADA, Siemens PLC, Kepware OPC, and automation technologies
- Hands-on experience in PLC and SCADA programming and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of GMP, FDA regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
