🔍 Role Overview

As a Junior Trainee, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Premium Processing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of business services while learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

• Escalate queries to senior technicians when needed
• Contribute to SLAs & KPIs with quality and timeliness
