Job Description
Filling – Nasal & Derma
- Experience in filling area of Nasal / Topical Formulation (Derma)
- Exposure of filling equipment like Nasal filling machine (Make: DARA) & Derma filling machine
- Knowledge of packing machine (Make: PEX), softbag filling machine, tube filling machine, and MRPD machine
Packing – Nasal & Derma
- Packing activity for Nasal Formulation
- Exposure of packing equipment like sticker labelling machine, cartoning machine
- Printing and scanning system knowledge
- Experience in Nasal spray, solution & suspension batch packing operation
- Experience in APR-X
Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI
- Analysis of finished products using tests like Assay, RS, SCU, Spray Pattern, APSD (NGI), DDU, FPD, and physical tests
- Operation and maintenance of instruments including HPLC, UV, pH meter, and Spray View
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
Ophthalmic
- Analysis of ophthalmic finished products using various quality tests
- Operation and calibration of analytical instruments including HPLC and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- Knowledge of dissolution apparatus, Malvern particle size analyzer, analytical balance, and pH meter
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory documentation practices
