Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with BPO experience preferred
• Maximum age limit: 40 years

Experience Required

• Freshers Eligible
• Experienced candidates should have BPO experience with documents

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries through voice calls
• Provide customer support in Hindi and English
• Handle inbound customer interactions professionally

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong verbal communication for voice process
• No major Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
• Basic computer handling knowledge

Salary Details

For Experienced Candidates

• CTC: ₹1,90,000 per annum
• Approx In-Hand Salary: ₹14.1K per month

For Freshers

• CTC: ₹1,68,000 per annum
• Approx In-Hand Salary: ₹12.5K per month
