Job Summary
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is conducting a Career Expo for experienced professionals in OSD Packing and Engineering functions. Candidates with hands-on experience in blister packing, instrumentation, mechanical processes, and site investigations are encouraged to attend.
Available Positions
1. Team Member – Blister Packing
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: Diploma (Engineering)
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CAM / MX blister packing machines
- Follow SOPs and BMR/BPR documentation
- Handle machine setup, changeover, and monitoring
2. Team Member – Engineering (Process Instrumentation)
- Experience: 6–10 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Instrumentation)
- Responsibilities:
- Work on PLC, HMI, IPC, SCADA, Serialization systems
- Experience with equipment like ROMACO, FETTE, GLATT, ACG, IMA
- Handling blister machines, compression, coating, filling lines
3. Specialist – SIT (Engineering) Site Investigations
- Experience: 6–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) / B.Pharm
- Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and investigations
- Handle CAPA and audit compliance
- Work with cross-functional teams for incident resolution
4. Team Member – Engineering (Process Mechanical)
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical
- Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of OSD equipment
- Knowledge of granulation, compression, coating
- TPM, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
Job Criteria
- Minimum 60% throughout academics

- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills required
