1) DMPK

Qualification:
M.Sc / M.Pharm / PhD (Pharmacology / Biological Sciences / Biotechnology)
Experience: 2 to 12 Years

Key Skills
In vivo PK – design, conduct, and interpret
In vivo pharmacokinetics
SME QC in ADME/PK and Bioanalysis – review ADME/PK study reports
Modelling and simulation – PK-PD, PBPK, GastroPlus, Simcyp, PK-SIM, R
Transporters and hepatocytes research – uptake and inhibition
Physicochemical properties – Solubility, LogD, PPB, GSH
Metabolism – Microsomes, Hepatocytes, CYP inhibition
Cell culture – Permeability (MDCK, Caco-2)
IND-enabling studies – In vitro ADME/PK and Bioanalysis


2) Process R&D

Qualification: M.Sc / PhD
Experience:
M.Sc – 2 to 8 Years
PhD – 0 to 3 Years

Key Skills
Process development and scale-up


3) Particle Science & Engineering

Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Key Skills
Crystallization
Polymorphism
PAT
Particle Engineering
Tech Transfer and Modelling Studies
