KLM Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., a reputed pharmaceutical company, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Officer – Production at its Vadodara facility. The company is known for maintaining high standards in manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
Job Description
- Carry out online documentation of production activities in batch manufacturing record and logbook.
- Perform calibration and daily verification of weighing balances as per schedule.
- Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of machines and areas as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Obtain line clearance from Quality Assurance (QA) before initiating operations.
- Allocate work to operators and workmen according to the production plan.
- Monitor temperature and humidity of the processing area as per batch manufacturing requirements.
- Perform in-process checks during intermediate stages of batch manufacturing and filling.
- Manage online rejection, deviation, incident, and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for product storage and production standards.
- Handle validation batches and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Maintain the production area in accordance with regulatory audit requirements.
- Follow labeling procedures for area, equipment, and products.
- Manage the receipt of dispensed raw materials from manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the QC department for product release.
- Ensure product yield after each stage as per batch manufacturing records.
