1. Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature search and laboratory trials for formulation development.
• Work on process optimization studies for oral solids and liquid formulations.
• Perform stability testing and characterization studies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

2. Research Scientist
Experience: 5 – 7 Years
Responsibilities:

• Manage scaling-up processes from laboratory to pilot plant level.
• Ensure smooth technology transfer and formulation quality.
• Prepare documents like MFC, Scale-up, Exhibit batch protocols, and product development reports.

3. Senior Research Scientist
Experience: 7 – 12 Years
Responsibilities:

• Lead the FR&D team and oversee all formulation and process optimization trials.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate R&D activities.
