Available Positions & Experience
1. Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature search and laboratory trials for formulation development.
- Work on process optimization studies for oral solids and liquid formulations.
- Perform stability testing and characterization studies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
2. Research Scientist
Experience: 5 – 7 Years
Responsibilities:
- Manage scaling-up processes from laboratory to pilot plant level.
- Ensure smooth technology transfer and formulation quality.
- Prepare documents like MFC, Scale-up, Exhibit batch protocols, and product development reports.
3. Senior Research Scientist
Experience: 7 – 12 Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead the FR&D team and oversee all formulation and process optimization trials.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate R&D activities.
- Support product development in line with company objectives.
4. Team Leader
Experience: 12 – 18 Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects with full ownership of formulation and process innovation.
- Ensure regulatory and quality compliance in product development.
- Drive new technology adoption and analytical data review.
- Provide strategic direction for formulation and manufacturing processes.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of formulation development (Oral Solids & Liquids).
- Hands-on experience with scale-up and technology transfer.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory documentation and quality standards.
- Leadership skills in R&D and product innovation.
