   • Job Description: Supervising production shifts, resolving operational issues, training employees, GMP documentation, and handling pharma production operations.
2. Production Officer / Plant Operator
   • Department: Production
   • Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / Diploma / ITI AOCP
   • Experience: 1–3 Years

   • Job Description: Documentation handling, BPCR filling, equipment operation, and maintaining production standards.
