Available Positions:
1. Production – Incharge
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience: 10+ Years
Required Skills:
- Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.
- Handle QMS (Quality Management System) events, investigations, and propose CAPAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely output delivery.
- Implement strategies to minimize downtime and reduce rejection rates.
- Experience in facing audits and maintaining continuous compliance.
2. Production – Chemist to Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
- Experience in compounding, aseptic operations, and aseptic behavior.
- Troubleshooting with a strong shop floor orientation.
- Online documentation and CFT coordination.
