Openings at Kilitch Healthcare – Nashik Facility

Production Department

• Manager: 10–15 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc) – Sterile product manufacturing, aseptic technique, regulatory audits, GMP knowledge.
• Dy Production Manager: 8–10 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc).
• Executive: 5–8 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc) – Sterile product manufacturing, aseptic technique.
• Officer: 2–5 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc).
• Supervisor/Operator: 1–2 years (D.Pharm/ITI Electrical/Filter) – Sterile area operations, aseptic manipulation.

Quality Assurance

• Asst. QA Manager: 10–15 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc) – USFDA/MHRA inspections handling.
• QA Executive: 5–10 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc).
• QA Officer: 2–5 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc).

Quality Control – Microbiology

• Senior Executive / Officer / Sr. Officer Microbiology: MSc/BSc Microbiology – Microbiology section, cGMP practices.

HR/Admin & IT

• Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Dy Manager: MBA (HR) – Talent acquisition, compensation, payroll.
• Admin/Logistics & Liaison Officer (Female): Any Graduate – Front Office, Documentation, Liaison.

Engineering

• Operator ETP: 1–3 years (10th/Diploma Chemical) – Effluent treatment plant knowledge.
• Executive/ HVAC: 2–6 years (Diploma/Degree Instrumentation/Electrical) – HVAC operation & maintenance.
• Boiler Operator: 1–3 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc).
• Water System Operator: 2–6 years (10th/Diploma Chemical) – FO/LSHS boiler operation.
• Fitter Utility/Production Equipment: 2–6 years (Diploma/Degree Instrumentation/Electrical).
• Fitter Utility/Production Equipment: 2–6 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc) – Production equipment maintenance.
• Electrician: 7–8 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc) – Equipment validation & calibration.
• Asst. Manager/Executive Process/Equipment: 4–5 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc).
• Executive Utility: 1–3 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc) – Pharma documentation SOP preparation.

Warehouse

• Stores Executive: 5–8 years (B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc/B.Com/BA) – Regulatory guidelines, USFDA/MHRA inspections.
• Store Officer: 1–5 years (B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc/B.Com/BA) – Stores material receipt, sampling, GMP compliance.
