Quality Control
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M. Pharma
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in API Industry
Quality Assurance
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / M. Pharma
- Experience: 4 to 12 years in API Industry
Key Skills
Quality Control
- Perform HPLC, GC, and wet chemical analyses to ensure product quality.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per quality standards.
- Prepare SOPs in line with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure GLP documentation and accurate audit records.
- Use multiple laboratory software platforms for testing and reporting.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance across QA operations.
- Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release, deviations, CAPA, and change control.
- Oversee analytical data review with strict adherence to ALCOA+ principles.
- Conduct in-process checks, on-floor QA, and documentation.
- Maintain control over qualifications, maintenance, and calibration reviews.
- Prepare regulatory-compliant quality documents.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
