Job Description:

• Carry out online documentation of production activity in batch manufacturing record and logbook.
• Perform calibration and daily verification of weighing balances as per schedule.
• Ensure operation and cleaning procedures of machines and areas as per SOP.
• Take line clearance from Quality Assurance before starting operations.
• Allocate work to operators and workmen as per plan.
• Maintain temperature and humidity of processing areas as per batch manufacturing records.
• Conduct in-process checks at various intermediate stages of batch manufacturing and filling.
• Handle online rejections, deviations, incidents, and change controls.
• Ensure products are manufactured and stored as per SOP while maintaining required quality standards.
• Handle validation batches and prepare areas for regulatory audits.
• Follow labeling procedures for areas, equipment, and products.
• Manage receipt of dispensed raw materials from manufacturing.
• Coordinate with QC for product release.
• Ensure yield of products at each stage as per batch manufacturing records.
• Report any abnormalities during shifts to the Production Manager.
