Qualification

• Post-Graduate: M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Lifesciences
• Freshers are welcome to apply for Vaccine Manufacturing and QA roles.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Vaccine, Biotech, Manufacturing, or Quality domains.

Role Details

Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture)

• Cell revival, subculture, and MRC-5 cell counting.
• Preparation of MCB/WCB.
• Handling roller bottles, cell stacks, and TCFs.
• Media and in-process buffer preparation in mixing vessels.
• Experience in virus infection and harvesting procedures.

IPQA (Officer/Executive)

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct line clearance activities before and after batch completion.
• Maintain QA documentation, including SOPs, BMRs, and Logbooks.
• Manage issuance/retrieval of documents from the control cell.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of equipment and areas.
