What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in leading 50+ manpower in a production setup
- Strong documentation and line monitoring skills
- Skilled in defect control, RCA, and process improvement
- Committed, accountable, and adaptable team player
- Knowledge of process quality, OQC, and FG product parameters
2. Engineering – MME & TME Technician / Sr. Technician / Assistant Engineer
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced / Fresher in automation machine handling
- Familiar with manufacturing assembly line process
- Capable of handling online line equipment issues
- Skilled in operating & calibrating instruments such as 8820C, CMW100, CMW500, CROs, multimeters, Rigol GPS generators, and NI power meters
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of quality & process improvement methodologies including:
- Why-Why Analysis, PDCA, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE
- 7 QC Tools, SMED, NPI & NPD, DOE, 4M, OEE
- Process Capability Analysis, DMAIC, TPM, 7S, and Six Sigma
