📌 Open Positions:
🔹 Research Associate (R&D)
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 8 Years
- Profile Highlights:
- Conduct literature studies, perform bench-scale synthesis, and handle multi-step reactions
- Execute feasibility, optimization, validation, and demonstration studies
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure GLP compliance
🔹 Research Scientist (R&D)
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry
- Experience: 8 to 15 Years
- Profile Highlights:
- Identify innovative synthetic approaches and propose new product ideas
- Lead scale-up projects, design experiments (DOE), and process development
- Mentor teams and collaborate across functions
🔹 Executive / Sr. Executive (ADL)
- Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 8 Years
- Profile Highlights:
- Expertise in analytical techniques: HPLC, GC, GC-HS, GC-MS, NIR, IR
- Skilled in method development, validation, and calibration
- Maintain lab inventory and documentation
🔹 Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager (ADL)
- Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry
- Experience: 8 to 15 Years
- Profile Highlights:
- Lead method validation, analytical development, and documentation
- Expert in HPLC, GC, GC-MS, NMR, GPC, UV-Vis, DSC, TGA, and related techniques
- Mentor teams, ensure lab safety, and communicate results effectively
