Job Summary

QC Servion is seeking a Program Analyst – Data Center Delivery to support large-scale data center and infrastructure programs across its ecosystem.

The Program Analyst will work as an important member of the Program Management Office (PgMO), helping transform program requirements, project information, and operational data into accurate documentation, reliable reporting, and standardized processes.

The role involves working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Controls, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Requirements Management

  • Gather, organize, and document program and business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process maps, onboarding materials, and PgMO templates.
  • Standardize documentation across project teams and entities.
  • Support requirements intake and change management processes.

Data Validation & Reporting

  • Validate data before distribution to program leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy across dashboards, reports, metrics, and status updates.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and reporting standards.
  • Perform data quality reviews and identify reporting gaps and risks.

Program Management Office Support

  • Support Program Managers and Project Managers with reporting, documentation, meetings, and analysis.
  • Assist with onboarding projects, vendors, entities, and workstreams.
  • Coordinate information between engineering, design, infrastructure, construction, and program teams.
  • Maintain centralized program documentation and reporting repositories.

Process Improvement & Analysis

  • Identify process inefficiencies and documentation gaps.
  • Recommend solutions to improve consistency and program visibility.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for program delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work with engineering, design, project delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate information gathering and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate complex information into clear and understandable formats.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Up to 7 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, PgMO, Program Analysis, Project Controls, or Program Coordination.
  • Strong documentation, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data center, infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital projects, utilities, manufacturing, or EPC programs.
  • PgMO or Project Controls experience.
  • Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles and program governance.
  • Exposure to schedule, cost, risk, or performance reporting.
  • Experience working with multiple entities and stakeholders.
