Job Summary

The Payor Compliance Data Entry Specialist will support Fuze Rx’s reimbursement operations and payor compliance program. The role involves reviewing claims, managing appeals, resolving pharmacy billing issues, and maintaining documentation for pharmacy benefit manager audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate claims dispensed below Fuze Rx’s cost as part of the negative margin review process.
  • Submit and monitor maximum allowable cost appeals to pharmacy benefit managers.
  • Manage pharmacy billing support activities and resolve related claims issues.
  • Support payor compliance audits by compiling detailed documentation.
  • Track audit progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage multiple projects and reprioritize tasks as business needs change.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Experience using macOS.
  • Familiarity with database tools such as Looker.
  • Strong spreadsheet navigation and data management skills.
  • Advanced keyboard proficiency and efficient use of keyboard shortcuts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly adapt priorities when required.
