Key Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against established data verification workflows, playbooks and company policies.
• Evaluate workflow correctness, tone, escalation logic and stakeholder fit.
• Identify operational risks, missed escalations and policy-adherence gaps.
• Assign appropriate severity tags to identified issues.
• Document recommended next steps for AI model training.
• Adjudicate disputed decisions using published playbooks or company guidance.
• Participate in reviewer-quality and inter-rater calibration processes.
• Audit batches of reviewed work for consistency and identify quality drift.
