Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing, entering, reviewing, validating, and maintaining healthcare data used for post-operative patient experience survey programs.

The role involves handling high volumes of patient and client information while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, CMS requirements, and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage large volumes of healthcare data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Review and validate data files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data quality assurance reviews and correct discrepancies.
  • Conduct audits of data processing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidential patient information.
