Experience Required

Experienced Candidates: 0 to 5 years of experience in Sterile / Injectable / Infusion Manufacturing.

Experience in the following systems will be preferred:

• Plastic Parenteral
• FFS
• BFS
• Bottle Pack systems

Job Responsibilities

The selected Production Chemist/Production professional will be responsible for manufacturing sterile infusion products in Parenteral FFS / BFS / Bottle Pack systems, while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Execute sterile infusion manufacturing as per BMR/SOP.
• Operate plastic parenteral filling machines.
• Handle FFS, BFS, Blow-Fill-Seal and Bottle Pack systems.
• Monitor production parameters.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records.
• Ensure line clearance before batch start-up.
• Follow GMP, safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain cleanroom and sterile manufacturing practices.

Training Provided For Freshers

Freshers/Trainee candidates will receive training in:

• Sterile Manufacturing
• GMP Documentation
• Cleanroom Behavior
• Equipment Handling
• Safety & Compliance
