Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting data entry and maintain financial records.
• Assist with account reconciliation and report preparation.
• Process accounting-related system entries.
• Manage finance email inbox activities.
• Follow accounting procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members on accounting tasks.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation.
• Support additional finance and administrative activities as required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, Jamis, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
