Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Month closing activities
• Production work order analysis
• Review of stock valuation of Work in Progress, Finished Goods and RMPM
• Review of inflation or deflation reports for raw materials, packing materials and other goods
• Inventory ageing report review
• Review of CMA data for banks in standard format
• Coordination with the Engineering team for utility data and preparation of summarized utility reports
• Product cost review
• Preparation of data for statutory audits, including consumption reports, inventory valuation, NRV data and inventory schedules
• Support quarterly inventory counts for internal auditors
• Independently prepare and handle cost audits on an annual basis
• Variance analysis – Standard vs Actual
• Preparation of Product Resource Overhead workings
• Detailed review of manufacturing cost expenses
• Support the preparation of yearly budget activities for the manufacturing plant
• Monthly Budget vs Actual cost analysis for all functions or departments
• Regular review of cost centre bookings for detailed product-line costing
• Monthly MIS report preparation for management review and monthly review meetings
• Review of cross-functional savings for management analysis
• Review of yield analysis summary reports
• Working knowledge of GST
