Position: Operator
Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Profile:

• Experience in filling area of Nasal / Topical Formulation (Derma)
• Exposure to filling equipment such as:
  • Nasal filling machine (Make: DARA)
  • Derma filling machine
  • Bottle filling and capping machine (Make: PKB)
  • Sofbag filling machine (Make: Marchesini)
  • Tube Filling Machine (Make: NORDEN and IMA-PG)

Production Packing (Nasal & Derma)

Position: Operator
Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Profile:

• Packing activities for Nasal Formulation
• Exposure to:
  • Sticker Labelling Machine
  • Cartoning Machine (IMA-PG)
  • Printing and Scanning System (JEKSON)
• Experience in Nasal Spray, solution & suspension batch packing operation
• Knowledge of EBMR in PAS-X

Quality Control (Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI)

Position: Officer / Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

• Analysis of Nasal, Derma, MDI/DPI finished products
• Testing such as Assay, RS, SCU, Spray Pattern, APSD, NGI, DDU, FPM, and physical tests
• Instrument handling:
  • HPLC/GC (Chromeleon)
  • UV
  • pH Meter
  • Spray View
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11

• Operation and calibration of:
