- Preventive Maintenance Planning (PMP)
2. Team Member – Engineering (Water System)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics)
Skills:
- Operation & maintenance of water, WFI, pure steam systems
- Purified water guidelines in OSD manufacturing
- Sanitization, sterilization, and passivation expertise
3. Team Member – Mechanical Maintenance
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)
Skills:
- Mechanical process area & packing line maintenance
- TPM concepts, RCA, preventive action execution
- Knowledge of SAP and SPM checklist
4. Team Member – Production & Packing (Derma)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Pharm
Skills:
- Tube & bottle filling
- Ointment, cream, and lotion batch manufacturing
5. Team Member – QC (Analyst – RM & Stability)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Skills:
- Testing finished products, raw materials, stability samples
- Strong understanding of CGMP & regulatory guidelines
- USFDA exposure preferred
