• Preventive Maintenance Planning (PMP)

2. Team Member – Engineering (Water System)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics)
Skills:

• Operation & maintenance of water, WFI, pure steam systems
• Purified water guidelines in OSD manufacturing
• Sanitization, sterilization, and passivation expertise

3. Team Member – Mechanical Maintenance

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)
Skills:

• Mechanical process area & packing line maintenance
• TPM concepts, RCA, preventive action execution
• Knowledge of SAP and SPM checklist

4. Team Member – Production & Packing (Derma)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Pharm
Skills:

• Tube & bottle filling
• Ointment, cream, and lotion batch manufacturing

5. Team Member – QC (Analyst – RM & Stability)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Skills:

• Testing finished products, raw materials, stability samples
• Strong understanding of CGMP & regulatory guidelines
• USFDA exposure preferred
